UPCOMING EVENTS:

Chris led discussions on upcoming events. The next show is Jan 30th, at St Johns in Redford. Please refer to the Google documents for more information; ‘2010 Club Events’ for history and ‘2011 Club Events’ for future dates.

It is the responsibility of each member to keep their information in those documents accurate and up to date. This document is used to determine participation for membership eligibility.

Coordinators for each event are responsible for putting dates, times, locations, contacts, and other information pertinent to making the show happen. Members are responsible for indicating by an ‘x’ if they are interested in participating, and then filling in the MOC’s they brought.

Other Club Business:

  • A vote was taken to reimburse Tom for train engine wear at THF with a new motor.
  • Door prizes were brought up and Michele will contact Peter about picking up what he has left.
  • There was a majority interest, taken by a raise of hands, for holding one of our meetings at the LEGO store on Sunday evening. The meeting in May is being considered. Michele will contact the store manager.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.

Other Misc:

  • Jim Ulrich is selling off a lot of his LEGO collection and brought boxes of sets and bags to the meeting. It looked like a feeding frenzy of vultures at the latest road kill! He will be bringing more to the next meeting. You can contact Jim through Sharon, if you want more information.
  • Several members brought new MOC’s which are listed above. Michele TRIED to get all MOC’s! If someone was missed, please forgive! The next meeting will have a sign in sheet with Member name and MOC’s brought!
