Briefing:
We talked a lot about GATS and corresponding items:
Labeling: For GATS and other shows: we try to label everything possible (track, baseplates, vehicles, containers, train cars, etc. Please make sure you have a unique labeling method.
Creation Printouts: For this show, we decided to print out flyers for various buildings, especially ones made from real life. Peter Guenther volunteered to do this.
Things to Look For: We also are having a flyer with things to look for, Larry P. volunteered to compile this.
Flyers: I (Scott) will be printing out flyers again, with some minor changes, as usual.
Job Assignments: We also talked about assigning jobs, since we will be setting up tables for the first time, and we need to do this as fast as possible. It was decided that Steve Ringe will be the straw boss, handing out assignments.
Misc. Show info: We will need as many vehicles as possible, so be sure to bring them. We need trees, flowers, people, etc. so bring as much as you can, as well as baseplates, track, trains, etc. There is no such thing as too much!
