Briefing:

John brought a Motherload of near-future NASA themed creations. Jason brought a bunch of medieval shops, nothing new, but not everyone had seen them. He also had some chickens, sheep, and rabbits. Rick had his latest Eastern BLock ship. Lester amazed members with DCC powered train engines. The ability to run two (or more) engines on the same loop could prove VERY useful in future MichLUG shows. Peter had some uber-neat mecha for a Mech combat game similar to BrickQuest. Purple Dave presented a moonbase module for mini-people (regular standard, but micro-scale moon-scape, ships and buildings.) He also had a Blacktron moon-track vehicle and moon-monorail.

We discussed some up coming shows and how they fit in our schedule, who was in charge of planning each, and which shows conflicted with other ones. We talked about possible locations for a LRGOAA & MichLUG joint meeting. We also talked about Pick-A-Bricks, how one in Michigan would be nice and how the ones in Europe are so much better than the ones in the states (even Legoland CA).
